About the Role
As the Customer Success Lead at Reffie, you will report directly to the CEO and be an integral part of our founding growth team. You will ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Proactively engage with customers, understand their goals, and quarterback their success on our platform.
Collab with the engineering team to ensure customer-requested features are prioritized and shipped.
Act as a Reffie knowledge expert, helping customers with training and ensuring they get the most value from the platform.
Produce and then “processify” decks, Looms, and emails that help our users onboard and adopt Reffie at scale.
About You
We are seeking highly driven, organized, and outgoing individuals who thrive in dynamic environments. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus. Our ideal candidate is fearless in problem-solving and deeply empathetic towards our customers, always striving to drive results.
1+ years of relevant experience minimum.
Prior experience in customer success is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with users and clients.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
Experience with tech tools commonly used at startups like Discord/Slack, GSuite, Hubspot/Attio, Jira/Linear, Notion, etc.
Passion for people, startups, and real estate, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Hiring Process
{ Round 1 } Screening call with one of our founders. A short assignment will be provided prior to the call. The assignment will take less than 30 minutes to complete. You and one of our founders will walk through the assignment on the call. (30 minutes)
{ Round 2 } Screening call with another team member. This will be a casual, discovery call to make sure we are the right fit for each other. (30 minutes)
