About the role

We’re hiring a Growth Lead to team up with our CEO onsite in Austin as we build out our sales and growth motions. In this role, you would flex between sales, growth strategy, and customer success. This opportunity is perfect for someone that wants to play a vital role in solving “how do we scale this?”

We would love to meet you if

  • You have 2+ years of experience in sales, growth, or other relevant adjacent roles like consulting, investment banking, etc.

  • You were early at a revenue organization from the first million or more in ARR. 

  • You can build in tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Notion, SQL

  • You’re a player-coach who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and sell directly while working with our CEO to build the foundation for a high-performing sales organization. 

  • At our stage, execution is everything. You’ll work directly with our founders to drive revenue and develop the playbook that will scale.

  • You’ve held customer-facing roles or have experience with B2B SaaS sales.

The core work will include

  • Initially: Operating as an IC to close deals and support customers. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs and optimize our sales process.

  • Beyond: You’ll work with our CEO to develop a sales playbook, and refine our go-to-market. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success and our SDRs to refine how we scale. 

  • Partnering closely with the founders as a key member, responsible for the GTM strategy and achieving revenue targets while shaping product direction based on market feedback and customer needs.

  • Creating and refining sales enablement materials, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.

Bonus points if you

  • Have prior growth or sales experience at startups.

  • Have a network of relationships within the real estate industry that you can leverage.

  • Have a passion for real estate and startups, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Hiring Process

[First Call] - A short 15 min call with our CEO to determine this is a right fit for both of us. It will be a pulse check on your work history, what you’re looking for in a next role, etc.

[Second Call] - A 45 min call to discuss the results of your take home test along with a deeper discussion on your experience and future goals.

[Final Call] - A 30 min call with our CTO that will be similar to the first call.

Interview Tips

  • Come Prepared. We expect candidates to do some Googling before they hop on a first call.

  • Show Your Passion. We love building things and expect our team members to share that drive. Come to the interview ready to talk about an interesting project, a tool you've tried recently, or some research you've read. If you have an interesting and relevant past project to demo, that's a huge bonus.
